I'm currently working with maxis.. and word of advice is..
"DON'T EVER CHOOSE MAXIS as your telecom provider "
trust me... its not worth it.
currently, I'm promoting iphone, blackberry and etc..
It's quite of an experience in dealing with customer's frustration and anger regarding the service that maxis had provided to them..
There once a customer came to me and start to shout at me for no reasons . maybe he was frustrated with the bill that he got from maxis...haha.. Oh well.. it's an experience..
Hope everything will go well and i hope i can cope with the situation.. and maybe indirectly it can improve my public speaking...
